This watercolor is 9 in. x 12 in. on Aquabord and was done to keep myself working on roses while I was sketching more flowers for my large format acrylic works. This painting took a couple of days and I played a bit with an effect, which lend to the soft rain like streaking. ‘Pluie Douce’ means soft rain.
